Reading Corps takes ordinary people and trains them to be great tutors. Individuals 55+ may gift their award to their child, grandchild, foster child, or stepchild. *The Segal AmeriCorps Education Award can be used to pay tuition or repay qualified student loans. Up to $2,474 for tuition or student loans*.$4,950 total for 300 hours of service starting in January 2023.$7,650 total for 450 hours of service starting in October 2022.$9,450 total for 675 hours of service starting in August 2022.Up to $3,247 for tuition or student loans*.$7,150 total for 450 hours of service starting in January 2023.$11,050 total for 675 hours of service starting in October 2022.$13,650 total for 900 hours of service starting in August 2022.Child care assistance - Based on family size and income.Individual health insurance - Monthly premium 100% covered.Federal student loan forbearance and interest repayment. ![]()
